Evidence-based protocol

A 10-day metabolic reset, built on clinical evidence.

A structured, clinically designed protocol for digestion, energy, fat loss, and metabolic health, developed by a clinical and sports nutritionist and grounded in published research on short-term dietary intervention rather than a fad detox.

20–25 participants per cohort Β· one new cohort monthly
The problem

Most resets aren't built on anything.

Bloating, low energy, sluggish digestion, and a metabolism that feels "stuck" are common, and most quick fixes aren't built on evidence, so the results don't hold. This is a structured 10-day protocol grounded in clinical nutrition science, built to support fat loss and metabolic recalibration together, with a nutritionist monitoring your progress daily.

  • 01 Juice fasts and detox teas with no clinical grounding
  • 02 Generic cleanses that don't account for your baseline
  • 03 No one checking in on how your body is actually responding
  • 04 Results that fade the moment the "cleanse" ends
Clinical evidence

The research behind a structured reset

The Reset combines defined daily eating windows with a structured, food-based plan. Research on both components supports the mechanisms this protocol relies on. This is the evidence base it draws on, and it does not replace treatment for a diagnosed medical condition; individual results vary.

Cell Reports Medicine, 2024 Β· RCT, healthy adults

Time-restricted eating: A 9-day randomised crossover trial in healthy adults found that narrowing the daily eating window improved markers of cardiometabolic health, with no negative impact on nutrient absorption, a close match in both duration and population to this protocol's fasting-window structure.

Physiological Reports, 2021 Β· RCT

Body composition: A randomised controlled trial found that eight weeks of time-restricted eating reduced fat mass significantly more than unrestricted eating while preserving lean muscle, showing fat loss specifically rather than just a lower number on the scale.

Nutrients (MDPI), 2026 Β· review

Food quality: A review of dietary interventions found the most consistent insulin-resistance improvements came from diet-quality patterns such as the Mediterranean diet, reinforcing why what's eaten in the food-based portion of the Reset matters as much as when it's eaten.

Emerging evidence Β· meal timing & gut motility

Digestive comfort: Early research links regular, structured meal timing to improved gut motility and reduced bloating. Large trials measuring this specifically in general populations are still limited, which is one reason the Reset pairs structure with daily symptom tracking rather than relying on diet alone.

This programme applies the mechanisms above in a monitored, nutritionist-led format; it has not itself been the subject of a published clinical trial. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, and outcomes vary by individual.

Clinically designed

Built on clinical and sports nutrition expertise

The protocol is designed and clinically supervised by our chief nutrition consultant holding a BSc in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, an MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Sports Nutrition specialisation from the International Olympic Committee, with 11+ years of clinical experience across metabolic, hormonal, gut health, and sports performance nutrition, and a caseload of 1,000+ clients. Every element of the 10-day structure, the daily monitoring, the check-in cadence, what's tracked and why, is built on that clinical background.

How it works

The 10-day route

Every stop on this route is tracked, since this is a real sequence, not a loose set of ideas, so where you are always tells you what happens next.

β†’
Before you start

A call with our team

A real conversation about your goals, your history, and whether this cohort is the right fit, before anything else happens.

01
Day 1

Your baseline, then a 1:1 with our Chief Consultant

A short form captures your starting point, including your current weight, measurements, medical history, and health background. Then a 1:1 call with our Chief Consultant herself helps her understand your body and walk you through exactly what to expect, before you're handed to a qualified nutritionist holding a master's degree for daily check-ins.

↻
Days 1–10

Daily, one-on-one support

Your meals, digestion, and energy are monitored every day by a qualified nutritionist with a master's degree, through a private thread, not a broadcast group.

03
Day 3

A cohort session

A live session with the rest of your cohort, covering the science behind the protocol and answering what's coming up.

10
Day 10

Your results, and what's next

You log your results against your Day 1 baseline, using numbers rather than guesses, then a final call closes the programme and maps out next steps.

What's included

Everything inside the 10 days

  • βœ“A 1:1 call with our team before you commit to anything
  • βœ“A 1:1 with our Chief Consultant herself on Day 1, to understand your body and set clear expectations
  • βœ“A qualified nutritionist with a master's degree monitoring your progress daily
  • βœ“Daily one-on-one check-ins through a private thread
  • βœ“A live cohort session on the clinical rationale behind the protocol
  • βœ“Before-and-after tracking, so results are measured, not assumed
  • βœ“A clear next step once your 10 days are complete
Who this is for

Built for a specific starting point

  • Persistent bloating or sluggish digestion
  • Energy that dips through the day
  • A metabolism that feels resistant to change
  • Fat loss that holds rather than a number that bounces back
  • Wanting a structured, monitored reset rather than an unstructured cleanse
Small cohorts, on purpose

20–25 people. One batch a month.

Enough for each nutritionist to genuinely track every participant's daily data, rather than spreading attention across a mass programme. Every participant is screened on a call first, to confirm fit before enrollment.

FAQ

Before you book

Is this backed by research, or is it a generic detox?
The protocol's structure, including its fasting windows, its food-based framework, and its monitoring cadence, is grounded in published clinical research on time-restricted eating and structured dietary intervention, not a generic cleanse template. See the evidence section above.
Do I need blood tests or a body composition scan to join?
No, the Reset runs fully online. Progress is tracked through a short form at the start and end of the programme, alongside daily check-ins with your nutritionist.
How much contact will I have with a nutritionist?
A 1:1 call with our Chief Consultant herself on Day 1, then daily contact through a private thread with a qualified nutritionist holding a master's degree for all 10 days, plus one live cohort session on Day 3.
What happens after the 10 days?
You'll get your results and a clear picture of what's changed, plus guidance on next steps if you want to continue with a full NOD programme.
How do I know if I qualify?
Book a call with our team. They'll walk you through the protocol and confirm fit before you're placed in a cohort.

Ready to see where the next 10 days take you?

Spots are limited to 20–25 per cohort, with one new cohort opening each month. Book a call to check your fit.
